We have a set of windows that are difficult to reach, and we’ve attempted to clean them ourselves but have not been satisfied with the outcome. This year, for the first time, we decided to enlist Clean View to wash them for us. We are thrilled with the results! Our windows are so clear, you can’t even tell they are there! Elijah arrived at the scheduled time. He soft washed my steel siding, soffits, facia, shutters and windows. Removed the grime left by the derecho of December 2021. He power washed my utility shed and removed algae and black mold from the north side and black mold from the crevices on the remainder of the building. Everything is sparkling clean and ready for summer living. In addition Elijah pretreated and power washed my 14 year old double level concrete patio on the north side of my home. There was quite a build up of yuck from moisture and dirt. It looks like brand new concrete! I am so pleased with the quality of work and the outcome. He charged me the quoted price with no surprises. He also washed and squeegeed my exterior windows. They are absolutely CLEAN! I will be using their services in the future and I recommend them highly.

We had Elijah clean our gutters. He was super nice, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, on time, and extremely professional. He returned our phone call inquiring about gutter cleaning on a Friday, stopped by two days later on Sunday to give us an estimate, and cleaned them on Monday! We had water seeping into our basement and suspected clogged gutters so we were relieved that Elijah was able to service our gutters so quickly. He took before and after photos and sent them to us which we really appreciated since the gutters we were most concerned about are on the second story of our house with a very high pitched roof that we could not see or access ourselves. Elijah also cleaned our garage gutters which were not part of the original bid, but he inspected them & took photos that showed they also would benefit from being cleaned. We appreciated Elijah’s honesty and his helpful attitude. We highly recommend Elijah and Clean-view window cleaning for any of the services they perform in the North Iowa area.
